VidGrab is an online tool that allows users to download videos and audio from publicly accessible URLs for personal use. We do not host, store, or distribute copyrighted content. Our servers temporarily process files and automatically delete them within 10 minutes.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement through our service, please send a written notification to our designated DMCA agent with the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL(s).
4. Your contact information: name, address, phone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake.

VidGrab reserves the right to terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
